Very disappointed. Called today for appointment at 2:00 and she said they had opening at 3:30. I dropped my car off early and called at 4:40 to see if done by 5:00 so I can get my kids. Was told they got behind and we’re getting to it now. No call no notice. I had to call and expressed importance of getting my kids on time. No one cared. I then picked up car after paying extra for a full car check up and they didn’t even look at check engine light that was on. I don’t know about other locations but the one in Executive in Fort Myers is the worst ever!! Very poor customer service ! They surely have not respect for people’s time.
Not honest. I stopped going here and I live close by.
