On 5/12/2018 my car broke down in Pa. while I was visiting my family for Mother’s Day. I am a resident of Maryland. I was sitting at a light in Bethlehem, Pa. with my children in the car and I heard a loud sound and then my car wouldn’t move. I had my car towed to a local Firestone. (1751 Airport Rd. Don’t come here unless you enjoy wasting your time, getting overcharged, and employees lying about what they told you.
I stopped in this morning, 10am on a Thursday, to get a flat repaired. The employee told me it would be 2-3 hrs to get it done without an appointment. I understand appointments should come first, but a repair is a minimal job and can be completed when a technician has some idle time while working on another vehicle. (I used to work in an auto repair shop.)
First time I've been there! Took my hubs truck for oil change, inspection, tires rotated & balanced. Very impressed with the staff! I didn't have an appointment, but they took me & the wait was not bad! Great place for car maintenance!!
When I left work night before last, my sensor told me that I had 16psi in my right front tire. I looked at my tire, and couldn't tell it was low. I work right around the corner from Firestone on Fayetteville rd, Raleigh. I drive around.. it was 7:02... the whole way I was praying because I'm 49 minutes away from home. Awesome service and great staff! My appointment was at 7am and they completed everything by 9am, battery replacement, oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection.
