I can’t answer for every Firestone but mine on San Jose Blvd Jax Fl is THE BEST!!!! I walk in and it’s like I was there yesterday. The guys know and remember you no matter how long it’s been. I never worry about getting talked into something I don’t need. I trust only these with my car so in essence I trust them with my life
The service and staff here are beyond phenomenal! I got a flat on the way home from work, and Jesse made sure they had my tire in stock, kept me apprised if everything that was going on, and got me fixed up in time to go to my church meeting! Jesse and the crew are pros!

I made an appointment for 3pm for new tires. It's now 3:55 and they haven't even pulled it into the garage yet. Why bother with an appointment at all?
Always great service and willing to help however they can. Definitely recommend people to come here!
I come here all the time and I love it and my expectations were exceeded today! The guy Eric I worked with is wonderful. I work in the center and they have jumped me off quite a few times when I left my lights on. For the last year or so this is been the only place I bring my vehicle.
