best customer service excellent product for a great price.
Perry is the best. Every time I go there they always give me great service. I went with a slow leak in my tire and come to find out the tire only needed a new valve. I was in and out in a jiffy.
I was late for work because they were slow but they did take care of my car fixed my slow leak and new tire replaced via my warranty.
Called ahead to get an appointment to do an emissions test. When I got there at 5pm, who I assumed was the manager ... Was using fear tactics to make an older woman do an entire set of brakes, tires and other stuff. Finally he asks me at 5:15 pm what I am there for and I say emissions testing. He says that he can't do it I should've come before 5pm. When I told him that I was there before 5pm and my appt was for 5pm he said he still couldn't do it because it was against a state mandate to do emissions past that time. So why ... read more
Took 2 hrs for tire rotation... Will never go back...
Tried to sell us the world when we went in for an oil change!
I went to have my tire repaired and was told it would be done right after an ongoing oil change and that it would cost 20 dollars. I come back 2.5 hours later and they grab my tire to look at when I walk in. I am then told it cannot be repaired and they try and sell me a tire. I then take the tire to Town Fair and not only was it able to be repaired but it only cost 5 dollars. This is not the first time they have tried to make money through their lies.
