Recommendedwhen I bought my 2018 accent from the dealership it was so expensive to follow their program. that when I needed front brakes it was going to cost me $500 plus tax almost $600 out of pocket. Firestone charge me $410. I have the credit card with them. great coupons.the staff are friendly and it mazing in the mechanics know exactly what they're doing.
I'm actually sitting in the waiting room right now, and the service has been so good that I feel the need to post before I leave. I came in because I hit a curb and had a flat. I was about 10 min late to my appointment, which they were very gracious about. They looked over the flat to see if it could be repaired, which it wasn't. They had the exact same tire as my other 3 in stock, and told me I could just replace the one since the tread on my other tires was more than 50%. This place recommended $1,500 if repairs that my local mechanic said I absolutely did not need. Glad I got a second opinion.

So Firestone is only place to ever touch my tires/rims. I just tried to take a tire off and found out I had a lug nut cross threaded when it was put on. You guys are in the tire industry yet can't put a simple lug nut on correctly?
This place reasonably priced and their staff is amazing... friendly... courteous and very accommodating...but you have to check their work... my truck was leaking oil after a change and found out they didn't put the filter on tight enough! Stupid mistake could have cost them big $$$!!
