I went to get an emissions test done at around 5:50 PM. The guy at the desk said that they do tests from like 9AM yo 6PM. I told him that it was before 6 to which he responded with an attitude “I don’t have an inspector”. As I walked out I said “that’s bad customer service” If the inspector is scheduled until 6…why is he not there??? Definitely not returning not even if I need air in my tires

My Honda Insight was serviced at your store today. However, the wheel cover was placed in the backseat of car and not on the vehicle. That is being lazy. My son should have conducted a thorough walk around inspection before leaving the store.
I just want to shout out Al ! He is always super nice, honest, and makes sure everything with my car was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who actually takes the time to explain things and make you feel comfortable. Definitely a 5-star experience everytime!
