Need a battery they made time to work me in thank you
Inspection was faster than they said and cheaper than I thought. Plus the service was downright polite despite the hectic pace with people calling and picking up their vehicles.
Tried to leave for work this morning and the battery in my car was dead. Walked across the street, and these amazing employees were kind enough to drive me home, jump the car, and let me drive it back for them to switch out the battery. AND ol dude even found me a coupon for $10 off the battery! This place will for sure have my business after this amazing costumer service. Thankful for kind people!
These people truly don't know what they're doing. I took my Chrysler in to have the a/c recharged. They charged me $40 and when I started the car I found they hadn't fixed the a/c. I insisted that they give me my money back. I went to a Chrysler dealer and the tech told me Firestone had tried to add refrigerant to the high side of the system, instead of the low side. I was lucky my compressor didn't burn out.
