RecommendedI got a new set of 4 All Weather Tires for 770.00 with 100.00 rebate 3 yr warranty or 65,000 miles. And a lifetime wheel alignment fkr 170.00. just love my new tires they are like driving on a cloud. I highly recommend Firestone, I always go to the Spanaway Store myself....

I took my van in for a oil change appointment scheduled for 8am. I got there about 7:15am. I walked in and the person at the counter had no customer service skills. He just looked up at me and saids in a voice that tells me he doesn't want anything to do with me "what are here for?" I said I'm here for an oil change. He looks up my info turns to me and in the same I don't want to talk to you voice he says "your early". He then precedes to make this grumble sound asking me to put my key on the table. Thanks to the bald guy who helped a single female get tires brakes lug nuts and rotors.its scary for a female to go into a shop and not feel like your gonna get taken advantage of.not the case here.very helpful and I don't feel like I was over charged.i will be a returning customer.
Awesome job to Rick and Riley at this store stayed late to help a female customer I towed in at 7pm to get her back on the road. Firestone should be proud of Employees like these 2.
My wife took the minivan in for a diagnostic with heater problems. Told them she had just had a flush and fill, and that fixed it for a while. They found low coolant, blamed the radiator cap. Tried to sell her *another flush and fill*. Then over the course of 4 hours found more "problems" to fix and billed $300 more in nonsense services. Had convinced her to come back too. They never found the dripping water pump. This is a scam operation. Do not take your car here!
Took my car in for a diagnostic, they said I had a bad radiator cap. They were wrong. They also charged me 12.50 to add coolant, but labor on that charge was $40. They said my battery terminals were corroded and recommended their service, $10 bucks, but labor was $60. I feel they completely took advantage of me and will never use their service again.
