Since we've been customers here for a long time, they give us great deals and honest answers on what's wrong with our vehicles. I knew there were some items that needed to be addressed so I had them take care of it. Will return again at a later date. Thank You!
Store manager of this location is a very rude woman with no tact. She talks about employees on the sales floor to customers and other employees. She personally insulted my wife and I. This is completely unprofessional for a store manager. I will never return to this store or any other Firestone and will cancel my Firestone credit account unless this woman is terminated. There is no excuse for employees and customers to be treated the way she treats people.
I called and made an appointment for 1:30pm yesterday to have a slow leak in my company car checked out. I dropped the car off at 1:30pm left and came back an hour later and they still hadn't even moved the car into the shop. It wasn't until 2:50 that they moved the car into the shop. It was another 30 minutes before they were done fixing the flat. All in all it took them 2 hours to repair a hole in the tire. I don't want to know how long that would have taken if I hadn't called ahead to make an appointment.
