Always good service at this Firestone store
The store opens on Saturdays and Sundays. They are availalble on the same or following day, when I need my vehicle to check out or get repaired. These are very helpful. In addition, I learned a lot from the representative about my vehicle and details, and I really appreciate their patience and efforts. I'd definitely come back if necessary. Kudos to Rhone and Mike!
On the way to work Saturday I went through some high water and something was dragging. I pulled in to Firestone by my work. They were very busy but took the time to check under the car and were able to zip tie the problem up and I was on my way in 15 min. I use this Firestone for my tires and they have always been so accommodating and nice. They go above and beyond. Thanks! Willa Kaye Warren
Jesus and his ENTIRE Team are better AWESOME! Im new in Austin, from SoCal, came to this store with a flat! Ive gone to Firestone in SoCal so it was a natural selection!
