New alternator and battery installed on 9/28/18 at the Firestone on S. Congress Avenue in Austin, TX. My son spent approximately $750 on a new alternator and battery. Then on January 17th of this year I had to spend another $438 to replace the bad alternator you installed less than 4 months earlier! I've tried to get in touch with someone at Firestone who can help resolve my issue but the only individual who has contacted me is the area manager.
