Was sold a lifetime alignment and when they could not get the alignment figured out after it burned through 2 new tires they offered to refund my money rather than fixing my issue. Horrible customer service and typical corporate mindset.
Customer service was on point. I didn't wait to get helped and I had questions come to mind while I waited, which were politely answered sll 3 times. THEN, my being satisfied with the tires???? OMG. Sparkle the Spectra rides smoother and I sit up higher. I am at work very satisfied customer. The price was lower than o anticipated. A couple types of tires were explained to me. I appreciated that.
I had an 11 o' clock appt. (I arrived at 11:10.) I thought I needed brakes along with an oil change. Turns out, my brakes were fine,but I needed a wheel alignment and tire repair. This was fine. The work however wasn't completed until 640p.m.!! I spent an entire day and wasn't even approached by the manager after it took so long. The assistant manager offered me a free oil change because it took so long!! It was still very disappointing. Had I known ,I would have made other arrangements!
I was in and out with no difficulties and I received excellent service!!!
Put in a new Allstate Battery w/$20 rebate, and now giving me a free oil change, filter, lubrication, and tire rotation from the Welcome to the Neighborhood Coupon. I had a schedule appointment, and I was late, but 10 minutes later of me getting there. They took my keys once I walked in. Excellent Service & Customer Service...TMAY
