I dropped my truck off to get an alignment at 10:30ish. They said it would be done in a few hours They had me put my keys in an envelope and write down what the truck needed it, also asked what time would I need it done I put 1 o’clock. RecommendedI had an appointment for 2:00 to have a wheel balance. They got me right in and my car was ready in an hour. The technician was very polite, friendly and courteous.
RecommendedCalled in for rates on a quality battery for my SUV. The gentleman answering was courteous and informative and set me up for an appointment within a half hour and the battery was in stock. I was in and out in a relatively short time and back to the office. They are like family to me. They really take care of you when need be. Awesome team. Tim and Dj are hilarious.
My husband and I stopped here a little before 7 because we had a flat. I just purchased 3 tires from another Firestone so I was hoping this one would look at my tire. It was my 4th tire that was flat that only 1 year old. We waited about 10 minutes before someone came to help us. By this time it's 7:00 and the service guy said he couldn't do anything for us because we didn't buy the tire from Firestone and that he was closed and wouldn't be able to look at it until tomorrow.
