I had my car towed after it broke down and had a loud knocking noise. They had my car three weeks and then called and said I needed a new starter. I was charged 500 and then called to say they couldn’t diagnose and I would need to have it towed to another mechanic. My engine was bad and I was told if the engines bad you can’t tell if the starter is bad. Called to get a alignment and 2 tires mounted/balanced. Was told they will not install tires that are not bought from them. Also was told that they would not do a alignment on my Jeep which has a small lift kit on it (properly installed). Literally only needed a front toe adjustment. Firestone auto care kind of sound like they don’t need any money. Went to Mr. Tire right down the street and they took me right in. I suggest everyone go to the Mr. Tire instead.
Fire the manger Chris he lies to customer and would not face what he did... and the people in the shop dont know what they are donig... they priced me at 2600 plus for a broken brake line that cost 107 dollars to fix .... they did not want to help... they did not answer my calls .... and a shop guy told me that they where saling tires so that took over a car repair.... plus all there mechanical people where out.... I spent a lot of money with them .. five cars I own would come there for everything... but I will take my busin... read more
Needing Oil Change in a Rental truck from Enterprise Truck Rental Called Firestone was told I don't need an Appointment just Bring it in at 9am it will only take an Hour Here it is 830am and I'm being told I need an Appointment that I could come back in the evening to pick it Up!!!

Service was great for a simple oil change Thanks Jamal & Sonny! Seeing oil in the street afterwards. Sure hoping it was just oil from the splash guard coming down??? Stayed Tuned haha I am a regular fortunately service has been good.
One of my Bridgestone tires that came original with my car was defective (side walls were splitting), i called Bridgestone and they sent me to this Firestone care center. Upon arriving, i met Jamal and showed him the tire and he agreed that it was indeed defective. He ordered a new one and had it installed the same day, no questions asked!! I was prepared for some push back but received nothing but great custoner service! Nothing but good things to say about Jamal, Dawn and Firestone. I will be back!
I went for an alinement and i had appointmen at 9 and they took me bwfore imy appointment and I was theur at 8:30AM and i was out before 9 and the service workers were very friendly and nice and I was very please with their work and I would tell people to go their. I would go back again.
