A freezing December day with an hour til close and I discovered my tire was 'hissing.' I called Firestone and they said to go ahead and bring it right in. (which is great, otherwise I would have had a flat tire in the morning) Unfortunately my tire had to be replaced, but fortunately it was covered until the warranty so I got a new tire for a fraction of the cost. Firestone is Olathe is my go to for my Fiat care. The employees are friendly and helpful. Bought a full set of tires for a fair price and now have free tire rotation for the life of my car or when I sell it. It's a great deal. This is where I go for all my car servicing. Five stars.
