I got a call from them saying that I needed over $1100 in New parts for the breaks. I informed them that I couldn't afford that and to just do the oil change. Come here only if you want to be ripped off they tried to run up my bill with problems they created and then blamed the age of my car but i know my car like the back of my hand it didnt have the problems they claim before i took it there

Had my car in on the 21st for a tire patch. They patched the tire and checked my battery, gave it a good report next day same tire flat and car won’t start. Wasn’t able to take it back in till after Christmas. Took it back on the 26th. They replaced the battery and patched the tire again claiming I had another nail in my tire. Went out to start the car today and the tire is flat again. I’m not driving through construction on a regular basis?!
They knowingly sent me in my GX460 back on the road with a disengaged traction system and compromised brakes after a front end alignment gone wrong. No one seemed to know what they were doing - kinda wondering if the tires were actually done correctly. Now, my car is in the shop to fix the mess done by Stevens Mill. Will never go back.
Decent price, timely, do not overly try to upsale customers. Clean waiting area. Boy have things changed...still a clean waiting area but the initial promise of FREE balancing along with free rotation was met with an initial attempt to charge me for balancing. The service advisor then said rotating would be useless since the best tires were on the back. Not true. A second inspection by me showed that was poppycock.
