Got my appointment at 10 am for a oil change. 1/2 hour later they drove my car into a bay. Got done about 1/2 hour later. One other time another car for oil change. Then it went in the shop right away. About one hour later I drove away. The two visits took about the same time.
Over the years that I have been going there. I keep going back. So overall I’m satisfied

My van had a tire blow out on the highway. By the time my spare was put on, it was 6:45p and they were closing at 7p. Seth told me to still come in. On a Friday, him and another employee stayed later than closing to put all new tires on my van. Seriously they were the nicest guys and my Angels that day! I would definitely recommend them!!

My Mother had a flat tire this afternoon and we took her car this Firestone. They were very busy, but Dean and Jim went above and beyond to squeeze Mom in and fix her tire. They repaired her flat tire, checked and aired her other tires and her battery, all for a grand total of $20.12!!! Thank You Thank You Thank You for being so wonderful!!

BEWARE UNNECESSARY REPAIRS – Took my SUV to them for a leak & check brakes. Received call and estimate for approximately $2,100. Blew a gasket. Picked up my vehicle went to a nearby repair store and asked them to evaluate. They confirmed no need for calipers which Firestone put in at $688. No need for coolant flush, just add some after leak repaired (since I had coolant changed 20K miles ago). They lost our business. They thought I would authorize over the phone. I secured another estimate and determined they quoted unnecessary repairs plus their pricing is high. Say La Vie Firestone.
