Robert, the store manager, is absolutely awful- rude, confrontational and clearly bitter. I towed my car there after getting a flat late last night, then called this morning. He told me my car wasn’t in the parking lot and, if I wanted him to double check, I would need to wait 5 minutes. He never came back. Called back and he said I needed to come down and sign papers, so I took a Lyft and when I got there waited 10 minutes and he never acknowledged me while he was on a call. I took my car today for oil change at the Firestone located on Mission & 11th Streets today. A few hours later, I got a phone call from customer service telling me that I needed new tires and alignment. I told him that I got all four new tires this year (last March) there at the same store, that how come I need new tires again? He said my car was ready for pickup.
