A very I'll equipped shop, and thier manager has a very poor version of professional leaving. I gave my two weeks notice in writing only to have him let me go that very morning. No reason, no grounds of termination. All I got from James Cobb's was "we don't want you fucking anything up before you go" if you're reading this James. I wish I had you on camera saying that to me. The only place that never has the tire I need. I was told it would be on the lift at 8am, it's 10:25am and my car is still in the same parking spot since 700am.
No intergrity!! I had my 20th wedding anniversary band stolen by the Hispanic technician that changed my oil. He was the only person that had driven my car into and out of the garage. I reported it to the manager and he stated "oh, he wouldn't steal he has a family". Really, I'm pretty sure most incarcerated individuals have families as well. This pretty much sums up the managers care and concern for the customers. 😏
Had a mix up but worked it out. Kinda stiff at first but ended up making it right. Could be a little nicer but who couldnt. Ended up buying 6 tires in a year though. Only should have to buy 4.
