I have been bringing my cars to firestone for years and the staff here is amazing... we recently had a total engine failure and a nightmare dealing with the warranty company but Jason and Erik helped me through the whole process until everything was taken care of tue eay it should be... they have customers for life from me, my husband and someday our kids.
Thank you, Jason, for the top-notch customer service! You and your guys saved the day and got us on the road to Boston, all with a smile, despite it being so close to closing time. You’re the best!
FYI: FIRESTONE in Cromwell has continued to provide GREAT service and pricing on tires. (been dealing with them for years) I pulled pricing from local brick and mortar... Town Fair/Sears/Sams/BJ's etc.. along with all the online options Tire Rack / Jet etc... They were already beating the best price but would have matched if needed.
I was the first customer of the day...just needing an oil change. It took them over an HOUR AND A HALF!! What the hell are you doing out there!?!? Building me a new engine?! They were nice, and knowledgeable though.
We had a flat tire occur while traveling home from Boston to NJ (bringing our college student home). We managed to get off Rt 91 south of Firestone, and get the donut spare onto the car. It was mid-afternoon on Saturday and a quick Google search revealed we were 5 minutes away. We walked in without an app't, and the crew got us back on the road with a new tire in less than an hour. Could not be more pleased! Thank you.
