Been a Firestone customer for over 10 years and in EVERY case, everything was done right. They have always correctly identified whatever was wrong and fixed it properly so that I have never in 10 years had any problem reoccur. John and Willie and really everyone else there have always treated me as if I was their only customer even though I see that they stay pretty busy. Wait times have always been reasonable.
