They charged me money for repairs to pass my inspection and then refuse to pass me. Had to drive back to get my registration because they never put it back. Then a week later i came back as requested and they told me to come back again some other time. So this is now 3 times and over 1000 dollars and they still wont pass me. Absolute scam. I wouldn’t have paid any money if i knew that they wouldnt do the one thing i went there for. Absolutely a scam company and i will have them investigated for fraudulent business practices

Do Not go here!!!Unfortunately we had a dishonest mechanic inspect my car on Saturday. We dropped the vehicle off knowing it needed tires to pass inspection but when they called us stating it needed other parts to pass we said just to do the tires and we Would have my father who is a mechanic fix the other parts. They then proceeded to say we could not take our car off the lot because of a safety issue. The gentlemen that was the service advisor this morning was wonderful. Got me right in with no appointment. He was great and helped me in a pinch.
The work they did was ok. But a center hub cap was missing after the visit. Either they didn’t put it on right and it fell off or they didn’t put it on
They were so great, I can't recommend them highly enough!
I brought my mothers car in for tires and an alignment. Upon bringing the car for inspection at the dealer days later they informed my mother that the car was completely out of alignment. Firestone denied they did the alignment wrong and would not refund me for their poor service. This is not the first time I have had issues at this firestone.
