I called wanting to schedule a lower control arm replacement and alignment and they refused to use the part I already purchased from the dealership, although I know it’s common practice in larger shops like this, I was told I would have to pay them 500 dollars for the part I paid the dealership 50 dollars for. Go to literally any other mechanic then them for this dishonest business practices
Brie & Leo and all the guys working are friendly knowledgeable & helpful. We had a glitch with the financing as I was approved, but CNFA was totally at fault. Got it all figured out, and Again, Leo & Brie fantastic! Will definitely go back for auto needs! Tired are great!!!
Went in after being bounced around various other places and being told I needed a full set of new tires. Turns out, with the help of the employees here, I didn’t need new tires at all — though I did need an oil change! They were honest, efficient, and still managed to help me quickly while handling several other customers at the same time. They patched the hole in my tire, and I was on my way. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. Would give 10 stars if I could. Will be coming back!
I had a wheel vibration and I've been to two different shops and no one couldn't help me. This shop got it all figured and helped me the very first time as well as they took a walk in.
