you come in for one thing and and they tell you that you need something else. when I asked him how much he didn't tell me. but what he did shouldn't have taken but 30mins lasted 2hours.

Corporate needs to step up to the plate and visit these Firestone Stores. Scare tactics and false information seems to be the norm. It's disgusting. How about an 'Under Cover Boss'.
I stopped by without an appointment, to get a battery replacement and my car needed a special battery. So they had one delivered and put in my car, all in 45 minutes. Thanks
