Took my truck in for 4 tires and alignment. 2hrs later i get a call they can't do it cause my rims need to be reverse mounted and they didn't wont to have to buy new rims. Sounds like they don't know what they are doing. I was told I would have to go to some shop in moncks corner but they would sell me the tires.. I’ve been calling your “cooperate” off a week bc You location on Northwoods Blvd . I purchased 4 brand new tires and also received a oil change after getting my engine begin to knock I took my car back the next day and was told by your mechanic “ it’s normal “ I know better I never had any issues with my car until your company touch my vehicle. Very nice people and got it done quick
This afternoon I was having my tires rotated and balanced at the Goose Creek location. The gentleman working the counter called a lady up to go over her completed vehicle. She was a little older, and walking with a cane. Next thing I know she's full on crying and hugging the guy at the counter. Without getting into the personal details, she didn't have the money to fix it. The man behind the counter picked up the tab. * You sir have my respect
The waiting was short (1 hour and a half), for not having appointment to have new tire put on and spare back in under carriage.
They did a Great job everytime I needed service there
Funny how Gerald's Tires has NEVER charged me to plug a tire..
My tire light came on this morning on my way to work. I dropped my kids off at their school and then went to Firestone to wait until they opened at 7 for them to look at/repair the tire. They staff was very friendly and let me know what was going on as they quickly tried to figure out what tire was having the problem. I cannot say enough about what a great experience this was for this stressed out mom/teacher!
