Predatory business practices. She went in for a tire rotation, then they said there was "7/10" play in the when bearing. Sure, the brakes need to be replaced, I'm well aware of that, but there's no way the bearing was in that bad of shape when she took the car to the shop. The guy at the counter was condescending to us both, of course, how else would they get their business? RecommendedI’ve had some bad experiences with a few other auto care companies. Firestone has never let me down. In fact, when shopping around for the best price, I always end up back at firestone. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. NEVER pushy. I would recommended firestone to anyone. I’ll keep coming back.
Service was amazing and the techs were very professional. ..the only downside was they left a piece of their jack underneath my car. It fell off when I pulled out of my driveway and I thought they must of destroyed my car and no they did a fine job they just lacked in making sure they had all of their pieces back. My paint job has damage and as far as my right wheel?...no I didn't run it over but my car is pulling to the right. I guess I will update this experience on Monday after I visit them.
