I had a poor experience at the Enfield CT firestone a few months back and was hesitant to continue purchasing from this company. I went to Northampton’s store and Brandon was my service advisor, he listened to my needs and my frustrations with the Enfield store. good servise in a reasonable time
I love these guys. They don't treat me like I'm stupid. They explain everything to me. They laugh and joke around with me. I feel very welcome here.
These guys did a great job! Brought my vehicle in for a set of 4 and they caught a bad wheel bearing replaced it, lubed everything all up proper, and my 15 year old vehicle is driving like a 5 year old vehicle now. F'ing amazing work! Dealt with Diesel and Jeremy there for customer service contacts, good honest guys. They earned my repeat business for sure!
Beware, don't do business with the Northampton Firestone location. They will bill you for parts that were not even replaced.
