Tire alignment And over all care for your automobile
i asked Firestone not the balance my tire cuz I didn't want to pay the service fee when I pick up the car service fee. is on my bill. when I address the manager he just told me that everybody does it ..nice service policy won't be back anytime soon I'll make sure I'll tell all my friends how great Firestone was that day
Called at 8:30am and made a 9:30am appointment. Arrived at firestone at 9:15, left at 10:30 with no work done because there wasn't a truck bay available for my truck. so why hell make an appointment?! A lady came in as I was leaving, she had an 8:30am appointment and her car still not done at 10:30. gave me a free standard oil change for inconvenience, I need a synthetic blend. will not be coming back to firestone. Thanks for wasting my time.
You wait hours... then they tell you your car needs more work done to it. I just went in for a sticker! 😡
