Came in for a change of tires and was told my tire rod was loose. I wasn’t gunna pay for it at first but once I mentioned paying for the rod the associate yanked my tire and completely broke it. Once they broke it he/she deemed it unsafe to drive and held on to my keys til a tow was provided on my expense.
Took it in , I told them I need my coolant filled, because it was low, the head manager gave me an attitude saying how do u know, because I looked at it, he said I need a new water pump, went to have an independent person, they said no, you need a radiator resvoir coolant bottle, ugh. Come on firestone you lost my business from me. Never going back again. Charged me 24.00 and they didn't put any fluids in my car when I checked it.
I was very happy with the service we received here. We called ahead and when I arrived the gentleman at the counter was ready to help me. He was extremely patient and helpful as I had my toddler with me. The inspection was thorough, including driving the car with me to ensure they had the right idea of my issue. My daughter recommended this location. They are courteous, professional, patient and knowledgeable. They advise not pressuring. They volunteer ways to safe money. STEVE was great on the phone and in person. When needed this is wherevI would prefer to go.
