Do not use these guys if youre in a rush. Scheduling an appointment to make sure you vehicle gets in in a timely manner will not help either. I was originally told an hour and a half wait. Have used Firestone for years. They are convenient, easy to make appointments, usually prompt and efficient. Just make sure you know your maintenance history. They will recommend service based on vehicle maintenance recommendations and mileage, regardless of whether the service has been done recently before.
