I will be filing a complaint with the Better a Business Bureau. I just had a very upsetting experience. Not to mention an experience that could’ve caused injuries to myself and child. I took my truck here to have the rear brakes replaced, and have my oil changed. After waiting over 5 hours, I was placed back in my vehicle assured it was safe to drive. After only making it a few miles down the road, I noticed that my truck was not stopping as it should and that my oil pressure was low. Stopped to check the oil and it was 6 quarts low, oil coating the undercarriage of my vehicle. They replaced my front and rear brake pads on my 2016 Nissan Altima and they have been squeaking ever since. I went back to get them checked and fixed, I found that not only did they not grease the pads before putting them on but that I may have defective brakes which were recommended and installed by Firestone themselves. I have attempted to get the problem fixed three times and nothing has happened yet. It's been over 1 month.
Steve is a great guy. Gives me all my information when needed, and is helpful with the small things as well.
Everyone is very nice helpful and polite. They explain everything to you. Very clean.
