I was told my service would take 1 hour and I waited over 3 hours. Then when I complained I was told it would be 10 more minutes and it was another half an hour! I would have been fine leaving my car and coming back when it was ready if I had known it would take over 3 hours!

Do not come to this location for an oil change. I came in a day before to make an appointment for an oil change because they had to order parts. Here I am 2 hours later and they still do not have the correct parts. They have changed the oil on my car at this location 2 times before. Now all the sudden they claim they need to see the car to determine what oil filter is needed? This place is falling apart and I can see why. Excuse after excuse. Had an appointment for 1pm, sat in the waiting room for over an hour before they even brought my truck in, even with open bays/lifts (yes the scissor lift for a truck the size of mine was open). Another 20 minutes for them to remove the 1 wheel that needed a leak fixed. When you have an appointment, they should have everything ready to bring it in and work on it. But instead, techs are just walking around aimlessly and people at the counter play on their phones. Very unprofessional, will not be bringing a vehicle here again.
I was sent to this location because another location lost my appointment and couldnt get me in. I just needed an oil change, after sitting there waiting for over an hour they said they were finished. one expensive oil change but thats beside the point.
