originally started coming to Firestone because of a cheap and dollar oil change the coupon and then I got their credit card so I basically come here for my repairs and I've been happy with it now though I can't say that it's cheap I can't say that it's good and I don't feel like I'm paying extra
I WAS a Tires Plus customer. The Manatee avenue location is just horrible anymore... I was told Firestone is affiliated with Tires Plus... When I called Firestone, a familiar voice answered and it was Elmer who was at the Manatee Tires Plus location when it opened.. He now owns the Firestone store! He ALWAYS took care of me.. He did today as well.. 5 STARS!!
We took our Volvo in with a dead battery. It was an Interstate battery, only about 2 years old. Even though we didn't purchase the battery at this Firestone, and we didn't have proof of purchase on us, they still treated it as a warranty replacement because of the date label on the battery, and what might have cost us about $300 wound up being around $79. Love these guys! We're going to need tires and brakes this summer, and when we do, we'll be back.
My babysitter had an appointment. She waited 3 HOURS to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. We asked for an estimate. They said $150. They charged us $252. Never again will we go here
Store Manager Doug & Brian are top notch for strong customer service & their product knowledge too! Will be a returning customer for sure! Highly recommend!!!!

Awesome people working there! They always seem up front with their recommendations for my vehicle and never have I felt like they were making unnecessary recommendations...just for the sake of milking more money out of me.
