Stop Ripping people off. If you can't do a service, just say it can't be done and let folks go on their way. Don't trump up bogus charges just because you cant stand to see money walk out the door.
Purchased new tires and oil change this summer. Check engine light came on so I purchased a diagnostic scan while I was there, the techs have told me it is something different every time (battery, ignition, belts) and you could not help me in any capacity, “we don’t do that here.” Will not be coming back and canceling my firestone card.
Had a tire issue and they got me tighten up. Left a pleased customer.
You invest in your car, and you want it to last. Firestone has always done well by me. I don't do the cheap oil change places. I've had 4 cars with them so far and they only went out due to age. Even just simple things like air fill is not a hassle.
I was very satisfied with the service Firestone extended to us. Very friendly and fast cannot complain. Only wish the horrible drive back to our resort was horrible. We encounter many difficulties. But Firestone job on point. Kudos to Firestone of Atlanta for making our car safe to drive.
I get better service here than I do at my dealership. I have been here several times, and from the superb customer service to the excellent prices, I'll keep coming back. Keisha at the front is absolutely awesome. Request her if you can; you won't regret it. I wish I know the mechanic's name who has on my car on occasion, but he explains every suggestion each and every time. Why go to the dealership? Thank you, Firestone.
Great service! I had three nails in my tires and they repaired one and gave me a great deal on the rest. The gentleman at the counter, Matt?, took time to explain everything about how it all breaks down as far as pricing goes. Truly appreciated! Thanks guys!!
They were very sliw on getting the need tires, even the staff said the guy usually gets thete faster.
