I am in town for a friends wedding and noticed that my right blinker sounded weird inside the car. Went to the nearest Firestone to have them check it out. They fixed that right away and asked about the svc tire monitor warning light and if I wanted them to check it out. They are super friendly here and very helpful. Totally recommend this place for everyone.
Came in for an alignment and wheels balanced, heard a strange noise as soon as left the parking lot, two miles later my transmission is toast and took them three weeks to tell me they're not doing anything about it. Don't go there worst experience ever

Much success the 3 times I've been there. James took care of me twice. A very calm nice man. Today it was Brandon I believe and he also was nice on the phone and when I got to the store. Thanks for fixing my tires!
The people was very friendly and the waiting area was clean.the coffee was
3 hours plus for an oil change. You sold me on wipers that won't work on my vehicle. And then proceeded to break the wiper arm trying to put on the ones that won't work. I don't like that you pulled the guy working on mine to work on other people's vehicles who came in after me and then had the guy working the counter do mine, in between answering the phone and checking people in and out. Won't be back. I wish I could give less than one star.
