Went to get an alignment. Guy at the counter was nice. Told him that my truck was pulling super hard to the right. They took the truck for a test drive to confirm just prior to putting it on the rack. Once on the rack, guy calls me outside and tells me “ your tire is dry rotted “. Tire has 8k miles on it and still has the wear tabs. I said ok. Just do the alignment for me for now and we will go from there. Get the truck back with a print out of the alignment. This place is the best when it comes to putting new tires on my car and now they are doing a alignment on my car honest people are who I want working on my car and from my experience this is the place thank you for always doing a awesome job on my car
I had open heart surgery a few weeks ago, so I had my son take my car to someone to fix the air conditioning. WHY HE TOOK IT TO A TIRE STORE IS BEYOND ME! But when I picked up my car it had new problems with the transmission. I took the car back and now they are replacing parts. I suspect sabotage. I called about an update and nobody seems to know what's going on. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE! They still have my car and I have no idea how deep they will dig into my wallet for damage they are evidently responsible for. I have p... read more
Good service but repair prices very very high �!!
I feel confident that when i come here, i am recieving accurate information. Im am very skittish with alot of auto stores, but i have no doubt that these workers are being upfront and honest with me. Nick has been a tremendous help, and i recommend this Firestone to anyone.
