Front office staff is super friendly and definitely makes an effort to be helpful. Unfortunately when it comes to getting the work done the rest of the shop just doesn’t deliver. Brought my truck in for tires and an alignment, they claimed they couldn’t get the alignment done because they couldn’t get the camber bolt adjusted. We are from out of state and woke up to a flat tire. I was able to get in on short notice and they squeezed me in. Fantastic customer service and very friendly. The front desk lady Tamara(?) was great and was eager to help us out. Thank you for the great service and getting us back on the road.
The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. No pressure on anything and they were very upfront about what could wait and what required attention. Being a Saturday, the place was understandably slammed, so I waited a while, but they were very clear about that with myself and all other customers. They saw my shirt and put the Ohio State game on for me too which was pretty awesome. Will definitely utilize this place for any future work while I’m stationed in Annapolis! On 5/12/2018 my car broke down in Pa. while I was visiting my family for Mother’s Day. I am a resident of Maryland. I was sitting at a light in Bethlehem, Pa. with my children in the car and I heard a loud sound and then my car wouldn’t move. I had my car towed to a local Firestone. (1751 Airport Rd.
