for never being there before and having my car towed in, from the Manager, Tommy, to Mike that took my call while stranded on the freeway, to the mechanics...I was treated like an actual person no different than the male customers. These guys were/are professionals and even though they are about 45 min. from my home...I will definitely return. I have had Firestone do my work for years, but since moving to Florida hadn't found a team that cared about the customers until today. Brandon Florida Firestone you ROCK!
Would NOT recommend. Mechanics try to use scare tactics to force you to rush services and get their credit card. I explained thoroughly that I KNOW I need new front brakes (which is why I asked for a quote while getting an oil change) but knew I wouldn’t be able to afford them for a week until my oil change... the aggressive mechanic not only raised his voice at me but kept pressuring me to get the credit card over and over. Had screw in side wall. They got a tire from another store and had it on my car in an hour. Great job.
As a business owner who has numerous companies vehicles I have been to several shops in the Brandon area for auto repairs and Firestone on 60 is by far my best experience. I made an appt at 2 for new tires, dropped my car off at 11am and said I'd be back at 5. Got here at 515 they were just starting my car and I have to pick my kids up by 630 its 548 and they still haven't got all my old ones off the rims to put new ones on!!���
