Worst service with the worst crew I made an appointment and they still made me wait 4 hours the worst service in Austin period
Juan was super helpful this morning when i realized there was a nail in my tire right before i went to work. It had to be replaced and he got me in quickly and was able to give me some discounts / warranty savings so I got a brand new tire for super cheap. He also let me know other items he was concerned about and gave me good information about specials if I needed to replace other tires soon. But without pressuring me or being a sales guy. I was able to get to work without much delay and am super happy with the experience
