Jesus and his team are extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I don’t know much about cars and Jesus was able to help explain everything and they took great care of fixing up my car - and it was fast and cheap! Never had a bad experience at a Firestone, but this location in particular was great. Jesus didn’t try to upsell me on anything and was extremely transparent on pricing and why certain services were needed/recommended, this is always my concern with shops so it was much appreciated.
Jesus gave me the best customer service in a long time. I will be returning back thank you again.
