I have been waiting for exactly 2 hours and 25 min. for a single flat tire. I just asked how much longer I would have to wait, and they told me, “Your vehicle is next.” However, another employee just took a different vehicle inside. No one has even approached my car yet. This is my first visit to Firestone, and it will definitely be my last. Thank you. My second review below ! After 3 hours, they told me they couldn’t repair my tire and ended up selling me a new one! Super helpful, Irving was very professional and I watching him handle a customer who was being fairly rude and making demands about the prices. He was super helpful in getting me what I needed in a semi-emergent situation. Everyone at this shop really seems like they care about the people who come into the shop. Prices are reasonable, the people are honest and straightforward. Definitely glad I went here.
Everything was good I just hate they couldn’t do my trans fluid change cuz it was a Mercedes when they clearly said they could so yeaa
The 35 and William cannon store always does good work and Al Aguilar is my goto guy for maintenance on my vehicles
