Got a flat & my car was last up. They didn't finish until after 7 & the guy was cool enough to stay open a little later so I could snag my car because my push start key didn't allow him to lock my keys in.

I had a leak in a tire and had to have the valve replaced. I was told they COULD NOT put the Tire pressure monitoring system back on as it was cracked (but the sensor was working). So they either cracked it or the crack was irrelevant to the leak. The sensor still worked but they refused to reinstall it for reliability issues. They quoted me 90 dollars for the 20 dollar part and they even told me they’ll install it if I get the part. Apparently that was just to to shut me up and get me out the door. Was in town Saturday night for a wedding and my truck broke down. I called just before closing and they let me get it towed there and got it from started first thing on a Sunday morning. They knew I was trying to get home and got me back on the road asap. Thank you!
I have never thought to highly of Firestone, but they might just be redeeming themselves.
