Had to get a tire fixed before heading back to Houston and loved the speedy and friendly staff!
The service I received was apathetic. It was clear that the staff's number one goal was to sell me a new set of tires. When I pulled in with a low tire on my truck and apparent leak from a nail, the clerk happily stated they could check it out. I observed their action and never saw anyone remove the tire, but two guys stood there and looked at it, still on the truck. The clerk then stated that I needed a new tire, and it was better to buy a new matching set. I told him the tires, not their brand, we're only a few months over... read more
