Chico makes things happen but when he can't he says so. While he was able to get me in, he called around and found locations for 4 or 5 other people who didn't have time to wait. He also went and pulled my tires for the tech so he didn't have to take the time to find them. Great team work!!
I've been coming to this location for many years and twice I did have issues but I was taken care of both times;)! I recently had my front brakes replaced and I was satisfied with Chico and mechanic Mike!
I always stop here for oil changes and what not. Close to Gold's Gym.
Dropped of the car at 9am, appointment time, didn't get the car done till 6pm. It was supposed to be $80 but got a call something else needed to be fixed and it would be $201. Gave them the go ahead. Come to pick it up, at 6pm, and it is $360!! So we have an hour to get $160, thank god for friends and family! I have been advised to go to the BBB and other resources, I have to look into them. I took my car to a location in Houston originally to get the A/C fixed, they replaced everything in the a/c system but the a/c kept going out in less than a month each time. I took it back to the Houston location twice and to this location twice while it was under the one year warranty but neither location was ever able to fix it to last more than a month and when the warranty went out this location wanted to charge me again despite all their failed attempts to fix the a/c properly in the first place. This place will try to rip you off. I have a lifetime alignment with firestone and was told i had to have two parts replaced, so they refused to perform an alignment. Funny thing is both parts had been replaced about two months ago...
