Jessi Williams and the team at Firestone in Mechanicsville are very helpful fast and efficient. Definitely recommend for tires and alignment!! Everyone says they are expensive but you get what you pay for so I do not mind spending a little more for something that I know will be safe and done correctly!
This Firestone location has a great staff and mechanics. They always keep me updated on the car repair/service status.
We were on a trip and got a flat tire on 295. Got to the store and within minutes, Brandon fit us in and looked at the tire. It ended up to be the sidewall. They had 2 tires in stock for replacement and we were on our way. Brandon explained everything and kept us informed.

Broke my tie rod while doing my alignment then refused to fix it and was told I needed to come and pick up, I came to fix in parking lot and they told my I was not allowed to work on it in their lot. After I pushed it next door and replaced tie rod they refused to finish alignment and was told I needed to get off their property
