Very Good service and great customer service
During the recent snowstorm I went to a gas station to put air in my tires. Long story short, one of my tire’s air valve completely broke off. I was devastated and panicked. I drove over to this Firestone to see if there was anything they could do. They quickly assessed the situation and got to work. I am SOOO thankful for Quan and the staff with him! They fixed my tire and my little Kia was back on the road in no time!
I contacted Xavier at Firestone. I was on a lunch break. He advised to stop with my vehicle and one of the tech. could checked my vehicle for the issue I was concern with. I pulled up and he got the tech right on it. Awesome service advisor, Xavier.

Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while. Staff VERY helpful as I came to the station with an "emergency" - tire low pressure light. The cautioned it could be up to a 3 hour wait....would be surprised if it was 30 minutes. Very helpful, very respectful, I know for certain that they were very busy.
