They honestly deserve 6 stars, 5 isn’t enough. I caught a flat on 295 and initially went to advance auto for fix a flat. Noticed this Firestone and called to see if i i needed an appointment. Xavier answered and let me know he could take me right away and help me get back on the road. The process was seamless. He quoted me an hour for repair but it was finished in almost half the time. The price was also very affordable. $30 bucks and half an hour later we were back on the road. So glad i found them. Xavier was great!

Had a bubble in my tire called them at 5pm on a Saturday and they had me all fixed up within the hour!
Sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow after taking my truck to the shop twice. Very disappointed, dont feel safe driving a vehicle serviced at this location.
