I had a great experience at the Firestone in Delran,NJ. It was my first visit and I was a bit nervous at first. I called the day prior, and they gave me a next day appt, which was very good. The staff was super friendly. The facility was clean. They have a very comfortable waiting area with a TV where I was able to sit and chat with my elderly mother. I was amazed at how fast they serviced my car! It was definitely worth my trip. This will be where I go to for all of my automotive needs going forward! super win!
The store manager is extremely helpful. He accommodated me when my FLEET vehicle got a flat and I had a very narrow time frame for maintenance due to a work commitment.10/10 service and professionalism. Much appreciated.
I came in to the Delran store after a frustrating experience at the Burlington location. Adrienne was a shining star from there on out. She researched my vehicle to make sure I was getting the tires I wanted. She was an absolute pleasure to deal and she turned my Firestone experience into a great one.
Excellent service! They truly pay attention to their customers and go the extra mile to provide top notch service.
