They used to be pretty good with appointments, which is why I stated going here (25 min drive for me), but recently they have shown that your time is of no concern to them. I used to be able to get my oil change, rotation, and wheel alignment all within two hours as long as I had an appointment. Now, "I only have two guys" is a standard answer had heard too many times. I took them over an hour just to do tire rotation. I guess I'll have to search for another another shop that cares more about their customer's time.
The staff were amazing. The process was quick and easy. I'll never go anywhere else again.
I was informed 1 month ago that I needed to change all 5 tires sensors. I changed all but the spare. After needing the spare and seeing the tire light was flashing I knew exactly where the problem was. I requested a tire repair for the flat and replacement of that specific sensor. My vehicle was dropped off in the morning but did not get serviced till 2:00 "because that was my appointment time" although they had the ability to service it sooner. They were super quick to get my girl running smoothly. All interaction that I had with them was very friendly, professional and I’m just really glad I brought her to them. They took amazing care of her and got her back the same day. Thank you guys so much! ** Also loved that it was in walking distance from my house on base.
