Tim was very informative. I'm a single mother with disabled children. I was very concerned and overwhelmed at the thought of needing work done on my car. It is the only way I can get my children to the several doctors appointments per week they have. Tim has helped me prioritize the upkeep and preventative maintenance to keep my car going and stay within my very very tight budget. Great customer service. They take wonderful care of my vehicle. I have been a fan of Firestone for years. They explain what is needed without trying to force a hard sale or use scare tactics.
