While the actual service on my vehicle could have used a little more attention to detail, my experience with the service managers was positive. I actually had to come back after my initial visit to have some items on my vehicle adjusted / fixed, so I wasn’t thrilled about that. However, I had a top-notch experience with Jericho in getting things made right, and I would like to recognize him for his excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor. I needed my battery disconnected and reconnected because I don’t have the tools to do it myself so I pulled into Firestone assuming I would get some help. When I pulled in, no one came up to my car to ask if I needed assistance. When I got out of my car and explained the situation to a technician, I was made to feel incompetent because my radio will “unlock on its own”. Diego the store manager was super professional and nice. I came in 20 minutes before store closing and they helped me replace my tire right away. He answered all my questions patiently. Thank you Diego and team!!!
Great customer service, quick and helpful. Didn’t try to sell us on anything, just fixed the problem (even showed pictures of what they did) and sent us on our way!
