Been going to Firestone since the 80's. They brought me home and picked me up. Went above and beyond.
Dishonest!!! My truck was hit in their parking lot and they GLUED my light and my bumper back…GLUED! They knew my truck was being towed out of town and did not even call to advise me. But the glue! They tried to hide it. Shame on them and may they get everything they deserve for what they did. Editing to advise that STEVE told me to email them my concerns…I did. And three weeks later, I have heard no response.
Fady, James, and Noah were all awesome. Hard to find car technicians who aren’t condescending and constantly trying to upsell you. The team at this shop was so kind and informative. Highly recommend and one of the better experiences I’ve had getting car help.
Everyone is really nice and I felt I got great service. The only issue I had is the online appointment did not show up and so they did not have me on the books. However, they got me in and made it work. I would reccomend this store to others!
The job was well done, but the service was a bit pricey.
