Tire sensor warning came on because of the cold weather. They were courteous enough to have someone check tire pressure and add air while I waited in the car with our pup. It's the little things like this that we remember when it's time to buy tires.
Honestly the best service in the area. Amazing professionalism and genuine workers that will take care of your vehicle. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. If you are looking for an auto shop then this is your place.
Firestone team did complimentary inspection and give me estimate for some stuff which I already took care of in October. I thought my previous service provider did not do a good job so I called them. When I checked myself I realized services were done. It left me bad taste that Firestone did bad job on adding inspection and coming up expense for done job which is very lame. I will not trust Firestone team again.
They helped me in an emergency situation while visiting New Orleans. Absolutely awesome crew.
