Fantastic service! I looked at several local tire shops this morning with no appointments for today. I was able to make an appointment this morning for today. The staff is friendly, lobby was clean and comfortable,
I woke up to a front tire with 21lbs of air this morning. Around 1:30pm we arrived at the Firestone. They found that one of my front tires had NO tread and the other barely had any tread. They installed two new front tires, and my car was ready by 5:30pm. I am so grateful that they were able to make me safe to drive today so that I can drive to work tomorrow.
Great service love the staff so friendly!! Came again to get a repair 10/10 service like always above and beyond
Had a nail in my tire they pulled it out even informed me that it didn't go all the way through the tire but they still checked everything and had us in and out quick great customer service.
Clarence, I believe that was his name, did an excellent job of explaining the work and price and the job was completed in a timely manner and correctly the first time. Staff mechanics were very knowledgeable. Really appreciate the store's team effort.
