Service manager Lupe was very helpful explained what was causing my issue and got me out the door very quickly
Lupe was extremely nice. I came in fOr him to ck my oil...I had none and needed an immeduate oil change..Lupe made sure my oul was changed and made sure i had synthetic oil so I would be able to drive further before needing another change. LUPE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR BUSINESS AND IS VERY PROFESSIINAL ..I will come back here for all my future car needs.
I paid almost 6K for repairs to my care that was unfinished and not reassembled correctly. I then had to have Honda complete the job for an additional 2K. After speaking with the manager, no one ever reached out to help resolve the issue. I had to reach out to customer service to escalate the issue. I was able to get in contact with the area manager Dominic Murga, where I sent him all of the correct information, and he never even viewed it, but randomly refunded my $400 for a service I had no complaint of. I had a flat tire and this was the nearest tire repair location. Guadalupe was so kind and the mechanic who worked on my car got me in and out in as soon as possible.
