***DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GOT TO THIS LOCATION*** I've been a loyal Firestone customer for over 10 years. I am even at Firestone credit card holder. I went in to get my oil changed tire rotated and to get my brakes checked. After over 3 hours of waiting for then to finish working on my car I was able to pay and leave. They had done the oil change rotated my tires and changed my front brakes. I didn't get 3 miles down the road before my brakes went out and I couldn't drive anymore. Was getting one tire changed.they were super slow and the people in the office ignored customers
Responsive customer service. They were really helpful in figuring out repairs for a rental.
Had am ongoing problem with an oil leak that was finally resolved Was also given advice on how to handle another issue with the car. The advisors were polite, friendly and knowledgeable about cars.
