This Firestone location and the team that supported us were next-level caring, understanding, and helpful. Ethan, the store manager, was communicative, accessible/available, and patient as we worked through some processes and took care of the vehicle in a very timely manner. What should have taken days was done the same day, including obtaining the part needed. Thank you to Ethan and the entire Bedford Firestone staff!
