Been having problems with my car for awhile and I called them asking if they could take a look and tell me what’s the matter. The guy on the phone at first claims that they can’t help me at all, not even to make sure my car is safe enough for me to drive in (I live across the street) after talking for a few minutes the guy decides that he Might be able to help me but it’d cost me $110 and he didn’t even think the machine could help whatsoever find the problem and that’s definitely not enough to fix it. I can’t say enough about the people at Talleyville Firestone. Bill is super awesome and is extremely helpful.
Today I had to get tires, alignment and a new battery. The gentlemen that worked with me were kind and respectful! I haven’t receive service like I did in a long time and will definitely come back to their store. Just want to say thank you for a job well done, they are honest and willing to help you! Great job guys!!!
